Arch Health Partners is proud of the public recognition it has received from our health plans.  In addition to winning the Bangasser Award for Quality Improvement in 2009, PacifiCare recognized Arch Health Partners in its 2009 Fall Member Report as one of the top two medical groups in San Diego County.  This designation was the result of our scores for clinical quality and efficiency as well as customer service.  Performance on five of the reported metrics were recognized as Best Practices.  This means that Arch Health Partners scored better than 90% of all California medical groups on these measures.  PacifiCare's Quality Index Profile of Medical Groups is a public report which rates the performance of medical groups on 32 measures of clinical quality and service quality.
