Terence M. Green is the President and Chief Development Officer for the PPH Foundation. Terry has more than 35 years experience in the non-profit field. Terry comes to PPH after a 12-year tenure with Children’s Hospital Los Angeles where he served as Vice President of Development. Prior to his job in Los Angeles, Terry worked for three years as the Director of Development for the Catholic Diocese of San Diego. Green earned his Bachelor of Arts and Masters Degree from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Terry has lived in Carlsbad since 1993 with his wife, Mary Lou. They have three grown children. |

As the Director of Community Development, Tina works closely with community leadership, elected officials, and donors to establish an important and meaningful relationship with Palomar Pomerado Health and the Foundation. She coordinates and directs many of our tours, as well as select education and cultivation events. Tina comes to us from the District where she was the Director of Community Outreach and Development. She brings with her the Chairmans Council and the Community Advocate Council. Tina is the current President of the Escondido Union High School District Board of Education and is also the chair-elect for the Escondido Chamber of Commerce. |

Tami Rudolph is the Director of Business Operations and is responsible for the general operations of the Foundation office. Her primary responsibilities include Finance, Compliance, Human Resources and other general operations questions. Tami received her Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and General Management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Tami recently moved from Wisconsin to California and enjoys the warm winter days. Tami joined the PPH Foundation team in October 2005. |

Carolyn Zollars is director of Research Services for PPH Foundation. She began her career in campaign planning and management at the University of San Diego. She then worked at Saddleback Memorial Foundation in Laguna Hills as Director of Research and founded the southern California Researchers Association in 1988. After taking time off to raise her children and volunteer for a variety of school and community activities, Carolyn joined the PPH Foundation to raise funds for the new patient-centered Palomar Medical Center West. Zollars received a B.A. in Philosophy from Washington College, Chestertown, Md. She currently resides in south Carlsbad with her husband and two children, and serves on the board of The Episcopal Refugee Network.

In September 2009, Anita joined the Foundation staff as Director of Major Giving where she enjoys working with community donors to help them realize their philanthropic goals. She previously worked with PPH as an event planning and charitable fundraising consultant since 2005. Anita helped PPH successfully launch the Night of Nights gala in 2008 and has continued to work with the event to help generate a record-setting cumulative total of nearly five million dollars. Anita brings over twenty years of major giving and campaign fundraising experience to the organization, including work with the Alexis de Tocqueville Society of the United Way of San Diego, the United Way of Middle Tennessee in Nashville, and the United Way of Kentucky in Louisville. She has also worked and volunteered with numerous charities to develop philanthropy through high-profile events. Anita earned her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from the University of Kentucky. Anita has lived in the Poway/Scripps Ranch area since 1997 with her husband and daughter. |

Nancy Petitti is the Foundation’s Development Writer, responsible for campaign writing projects, with a focus on the identification, solicitation and stewardship of foundations and other donors and prospective donors. Nancy brings eighteen years experience as a successful grant writer to the Foundation. She has provided grant and campaign consulting services to many Southern California nonprofits. She also held the position of Grants Manager at the Paradise Valley Hospital Foundation from 2006 until the hospital’s conversion to a for-profit company. Nancy has an M.A. from San Diego State University and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego. |

Renee Parker joined the Foundation in March, 2006 as Administrative Assistant. She became the Foundation's Database Coordinator in June, 2006 and is responsible for processing all donations. She also prepares gift receipts and acknowledgement letters, maintains the donor database and prepares reports. Renee's background includes 18 years as administrative assistant with the first major land developer in Temecula, and almost 7 years as reservations assistant at the Golden Door Spa in San Marcos. |

Jenniffer Gordon is the Business Operations Data Analyst and is responsible for analyzing financial data, managing the Foundation’s Balanced Scorecard and preparing reports and documents as required and related to the Foundation’s Business Operations. For the past eight years she was the Area Manager for a large home heath care organization. She has a grown daughter who is currently residing in Ohio and a son who is a sophomore on the Oceanside High School Drumline. Jenniffer joined the PPH Foundation team in January 2008. |
